After more than 10 years of silence, Twiggi is back with a new album.

Twiggi - The Sun Shines Through

Twiggi is a female singer who has already released two albums, the first on Sony Records Japan in 1995 and the second for Penthouse Records in 1996. In 2002, she recorded a Reggae / Gospel album on Shocking Vibes Records, which was unfortunately never released.

Some of you may have already heard of her from her large number of singles, including some featuring renowned artists such as Beres Hammond, Buju Banton, or Beenie Man to name just three.

This year, she has caused a stir by announcing her return with a new album, The Sun Shines Through which should be available on September of 2008.

Time to discover (or rediscover!) her talent by listening to this excerpt from her new opus to come.

EDIT : The album was finally released in October 2009.
