Black Redemption meets Prince Alla and Fred Locks

Black Redemption is definitely a roots label. After releasing the recut of Fred Locks’ original Voice Of The Poor, the New York based label follows up with a new 10” featuring veteran Jamaican singers on vocals. First, we found the killer Their Reward by Prince Alla protesting against corruption and destruction ; then comes Fred Locks and his lyrics about Babylon Walls. Both riddims were laid down by Ras Muffet of UK label Roots Injection at Bullwackies studio in Bronx, NY. Both tunes are accompanied by their dub versions which befit the UK dub producer's sound and touch. A new rootsy 10” produced by Ras Kush available since next week. Recommended.
