Rastar records is an independant label created in 2001 and based between Kingston, Jamaica and Florida.

Rastar records is also member of the foundation Help The Youths and give it back 25% of all the records sale.

Help the Youths Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to youths and improving their education. It was founded by a group of professionals ranging from record producers, artists, teachers, and social workers all having the same desire; to contribute towards giving material support to schools, students, and teachers in need. H.T.Y.F. focuses on primarily raising funds and collecting donations for elementary schools and an after school program in the Caribbean.

The purpose is not only to provide necessary school and art supplies but to enhance creativity and assist teachers in literacy development through provision of books and reading materials.

The goal in 2008 is to receive approximately $10,000 of school supplies to be donated to two elementary schools in the St. Croix, USVI and Jamaica and an after school program.
