Reggae-Dancehall artist born in Mauritius Island during the 80's. Natty Gong was influenced very early by Seggae Music (Mix of Mauritian Sega and Jamaican Reggae) of local singer Ras-Natty-Baby and Kaya... Then came the discovery of Bob Marley followed by his sons and a lot of Jamaican Dancehall singers such as Capleton and Sizzla Kalonji... During the new millenium his main influences was OSB Crew from Mauritius, Ras-Ricky from Seychelles, Kaf Malbar from 974 Reunion Island then Raggasonic Crew (Daddy Mory & Big-Red) from France and Yaniss Odua from Madinina... Everything started from home-made video clips, small local sound-systems to big festivals in Mauritius...
