David Rodigan performed at Intifada in Rome on January 5th.

This new reggae year just started in a perfect way with the great David Rodigan, coming back to Rome for one of his great shows, always followed as in any other part of the world.

With his personal and inimitable style he managed as always to involve the audience in Rome, who loves and appreciates him for so many years. Sir Rodigan loves Italy, and the Italian mass answered back reciprocally to his affection welcoming him in each city.

The two hours show crossed all musical genres that have influenced his career. Ska, rocksteady, reggae, dancehall perfectly blended in a process from the '60s until today.

The audience response of historical and blazing yard of Intifada has been wonderful, boys and girls dancing and jumping the whole night until the morning: smiles and hugs as the best response to the message that Rodigan always transmits through his music.

Before great Rodigan, warm up by Lampa Dread and his One Love Hi Pawa, popular Italian sound system famous all over the world.

We hope to see him again soon in Rome, in the meantime the most important moments of the night can be admired in the photos by Mauro Sindici.
