Clinton Fearon second acoustic album but on this one there are more instruments than on 'Mi An Mi Guitar' where Clinton only played guitar + vocals.
On 'Heart and Soul', he also plays every tracks but there are more on each song: acoustic guitar (pluck, lead, rythm), acoustic bass and many other percussions (even a win glass).
He recorded the album in 6 days + 3 days for the production, alone with his sound engineer Mall Detmer at Alpeh studios in Seattle (where he is living).
