After their outstanding appearance with Brain Damage at “La Nuit Du Dub” #13 in November 2013, and after releasing their remix "Ganjaman" in March 2014 from Dub Unit and Speng Bond with the Spanish Cubiculo Records, Digital Seal Hi-Fi shows up for the first time in a vinyl version with Culture Dub Records.
Born in Planguenoual (Brittany, France), Vax and Nozéanbondstylé made their bases in the famous free parties in Brittany. Big fans of reggae and dub inclined to mixing ragga and jungle, they started their music way under the name of Acolytes Reggae Sono. Ten years later, thanks to the organization of the All Night Sound Festival, Vax and Nozéanbondstylé decided to start a new project: Digital Seal Hi-Fi. A few months ago they started to share their material on the Internet and they have received an amazing feedback from the beginning.
In 2010, to celebrate 10 years of activism, the first Culture Dub Records's vinyl was released. This was a collaboration between Barbés D (dubmaker) and the singer Sista Bethsabée. Four years have passed to have this second 10''. In this new release, Culture Dub Records has decided to present the promising dub makers duo Digital Seal Hi-Fi. Their music is a smart combination of dub stepper and digital. It is undoubtedly an invitation to dance, so do not forget to wear your skanking shoes!
In this first vinyl, Digital Seal Hi-Fi–one Culture Dub’s dearest- introduces big tunes 'Warrior Arena' and 'Steppatune', and two of their Dub versions cut made for Sound System!
This 10'' vinyl will be available in June. It will be released by Culture Dub Records and distributed by Control Tower.
