San Luca’s sanctuary welcomes us with a greeting from afar when we arrive in Bologna. From the top of Colle della Guardia it observes United Reggae Crew entering in the city, for a trip in the sign of good vibes. Sottotetto Soundclub gladly host the night, whose protagonist are the residents 48 Roots, skilled at warming the night with their "Early vibes" selections of pure roots music.
Dr Huxtable is the foreign host, a great soundman pledged to carry around the world the sounds of the best years of reggae music. With him the fantastic Valv-A-Tron Sound System, one of his construction that alone worth the cost of the night, with tube amplifiers and a vintage style truly rare to see. A scent of wood and history, as were historical some vinyl tunes played during the night; an exciting journey from Ska to Reggae that has left the massive satisfied until morning.
Paul Axis, this is the real name of Dr. Huxtable, didn’t spare himself, handing out warm and powerful sounds arrived right into the chest, where the heart beats.
The sunrise surprises us in Piazza Maggiore, from afar the sun rises between the two towers, symbol of the city, Garisenda and Asinelli tower, and we wonder why they are leaning.
