The penultimate day of the festival opens as usual with its many activities, those who prefer to spend the day at the beach aren’t certainly left without music. As every day, the Rototom console is present, and hosts DJ sets and sound systems in rotation on several beaches of Benicassim, like Playa Heliopolis or Playa Torre San Vicente. There is multitude of young people with bathing suit, some people sleeping in the sun, some dancing with dark glasses, some is selling beer and glasses of mojito, there also are those who walks with a giant paella pan, selling a portion for a few euros just for a quick lunch in front of the sea.Twinkle Brothers

The Twinkle Brothers, after a beautiful appearance at Reggae University where they answered to many of the questions of those present and told their long adventure, they opened the series of daily concerts of the Main Stage. The roots of Grant’s brothers warmed the people of Rototom, as they do by now since 40 years with historical songs, showing no signs of slowing, but rather proposing always new and interesting collaborations.

Yannis OduaYannis Odua soon after, has opened the tribute to multiethnic sounds, the more influenced by Caribbean. He is a young french, native of Martiniqueand he showed a great talent and a brilliant voice. Exciting sounds that rocked from the first to the last row.

Femi Kuti, gave a meaning to the saying "blood will out". In his show he brought the soul of truer Africa, its pure energy. On stage with him, there was one of the best bands of the festival, with sounds that capture the audience, a perfect modern blend of paternal afrobeat. The spirit of his father Fela indeed hovered in the sky of Benicassim. Mama Africa she sighed in everyone's heart, remembering once again, even to those who have forgotten, where it comes from mankind.

Shaggy close with a party the night of Main Stage. And no one better than he, knows how to entertain the audience, especially women. Mr. Boombastic seduces and conquers with his voice and his gestures that cause chills to the girls. His show is a combination of modern dancehall and reggae music, as in his last work full of major collaborations. Engaging performance, excerpts from his famous repertoire and new songs.Shaggy

The sun is about to rise in Benicassim, a mixture of joy and sadness invades the hearts of the Rototom family, tomorrow is the last day of the festival and the grand final is almost ready ...
