Organized by Mr. Vegas, the anticipated Euphoria concert was recently held at the LIME Golf Academy on Sunday, December 14th . The show was organized to raise funds for the Mustard Seed Community which is a shelter for homeless and abandoned children. His sole intention was that the proceeds of the concert would address the budgetary shortfall needed to assist the less fortunate.
The show was headlined by US R&B singer Karen “Superwoman” White and the group Champagne who gave the world hits such as Try Again and How About Us. Several local talents were also billed to perform to show their support for this worthy cause. Among those who performed were Lady Tash, Christopher Martin, Romain Virgo, Freddie McGregor and Ernie Smith who were backed by Lloyd Parks and We the People Band and Mr. Vegas himself.
Despite the threat of rain and the slightly lower turn out than expected all the performances were excellent. It is hoped that this will become an annual event and will benefit from added publicity.

As usual Steve you have kept the standard high and through the lens you have captured the energy and soul of the people you interview and photograph. You have set the bar for a great and promising 2015. |
