Close friends and members of the music fraternity, attended the dinner reception hosted by Anthony “Chips” Richards himself to celebrate his recent achievement. Chips, who along with Dennis Alcapone recently received the Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation award. Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange, Bunny Lee, Blackbeard, Barry Biggs, Earl ‘Chinna’ Smith, Leggo, King Sounds, Carlene Davis, Tommy Cowan and Lloyd Parks.
