Pat Kelly is one of the great voices in Jamaican music.

I had always overlooked Kelly as a singer, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a set of choice discomixes when I dug deep enough into my collection.

Some sweet sounds here, especially Pat's recut of his Techniques number "There Comes A Time" and the killer "Talk About Love" with Dillinger.
