Good news for roots reggae addicts. Pressure Sounds will reissue Joe Higgs' first album Life of Contradiction originally released in 1975. The album will be available on the 18th of February 2008 on CD as well as LP with the original artwork.

It is also important to note that there will be two additional bonus tracks on the CD: Let Us Do Something and Freedom Journey by Karl Masters and Joe Higgs. The opportunity for everyone to discover or rediscover this crucial singer, also known as the father of reggae music.
