Stephen Marley won the Grammy Award last Sunday for his debut album 'Mind Control'

United Reggae readers had guessed right ! On Sunday night, Stephen Marley won the Grammy Award 2008 for the Best Reggae Album for Mind Control released in March 2007. Other nominees in the category Best Reggae Album were Burning Spear for The Burning Spear Experience, Lee 'Scratch' Perry for The End Of An American Dream, Sly and Robbie And The Taxi Gang for Anniversary and Toots and The Maytals for Light Your Light .

Mind Control is the first set from singer, song-writer and producer Stephen Marley, second son of the late Bob Marley.
