UK reggae festival Positive Vibration, which celebrates Jamaican heritage and takes place in Liverpool on June 10 and 11, got a number of bands and artists lined up for this year, including Mad Professor and DJ Vadim as well as Trojan Sound System and the rebel dread Don Letts.
Another treat on this festival is that they are hosting the International Reggae Poster Contest (IRPC) Exhibition from June 1-15, an exhibition highlighting globalization of reggae and the positive impact of its message on the world. The exhibition will showcase 100 reggae-themed posters designed by artists and illustrators from all over the globe.
Positive Vibration will also feature a reggae Q&A session on the impact of reggae on British culture, music and society along with a market, arts, craft and Caribbean cuisine.
