After one year of absence, the International Caribbean Reggae Music Festival is back. We’re waiting for the 2008 line up, that should be announced soon. Until then, ICM Fest promoters are urging everyone to vote for their favorite artists, those you want to see the most on stage. Voting will come to close on Sunday, September 14. The list features no the less than 180 names from roots to dancehall, from old to new school. 2008 is the 9th edition of ICM Fest, that will be held on Sunday, November 16 at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park in Key Biscayne, Miami, Florida.
