While we wait for Gappy Ranks new album Breakfast in Jamaica, reggae dancehall's biggest company VP Records announces the release of a new album from Capleton called I-Ternal Fire on June 21st. Also scheduled for release are a new effort from Gyptian (the third for the label) in July, Duane Stephenson's second album entitled Black Gold, Beres Hammond's Just A Man in June, Luciano's United States of Africa and Etana's second album. Last but not least, the label will also release a new album from Romain Virgo on June.
On the dancehall side, VP announces Elephant Man's Dance & Sweep and Chino's From Morning. Awaiting more info about these releases, check out Who Feels It Knows It, the first single from Virgo's new effort and Hold You from Gyptian upcoming album.
