Blazing singer/chanter from St. Thomas by way of Dominica, NiyoRah, returns with his hotly anticipated brand new album, his third, 'Feel Your Presence'. The album is his first in four years, following 2006's wicked release, 'Purification Session', and a strong case could be made that it's his finest and most mature work to date. NiyoRah is an incredible artist and while his name may not be a household one at this point, listeners just catching up with his vibes are sure to be impressed.
The album also becomes the very first on his own label, Denkenesh Records and NiyoRah has spared no expense in building it. It is produced by NiyoRah himself and veteran Andrew 'Bassie' Campbell and was recorded in Jamaica. The result of that is that listener's are also in for two huge combinations - With the legendary Sugar Minott as well as the well respected lightening chanter who features on one of the best tunes, 'Bruk Down Barrier'.
Previously, all of NiyoRah's work was availble through the largest label in the Virgin Islands, I Grade Records, and Laurent 'Tippy' Alfred's imprint is still on board for 'Feel Your Presence' as the distributor. On June 15, listeners can grab up the album exclusively on iTunes, through Zojak Worldwide, and soon thereafter it'll also be available on other etailers as well as on physical CD. Be sure to check out what is certain to be one of the biggest albums of 2010.
