Tippa Irie 'Stick To My Roots'

First new album since 2007 and backed by the Far East Band.

The legendary UK dancehall artist Tippa Irie is back with his first album since 2007s ‘Talk The Truth !’. On this outing he has teamed up with The Far East Band from Berlin, Germany who have also worked on backing and production duties for Gentleman.

The album is described as being both personal and universal, containing songs for ‘die hard’ dancehall and reggae fans, as well as the crossover market as he “reaches all the way back to his days on sound-systems, embracing a raft of fresh musical ideas and sizzling roots rhythms”.
