Peter Lloyd, whose single Oh My Dahling held Jamaica's Bess FM's Number one spot for December, is on the verge of releasing yet another single "Perfect Body" by January's end.
The newest track was produced by the actor and singer, who ascribes mixing and other creative credits to Collin 'Bulby York', rhythm twins Sly & Robbie and Gitsie.
This year completing additional tracks for his upcoming sophomore album, is among the very busy roster slated. Shooting the new season of Royal Palm Estate, and securing a major television deal are just a few commitments the crooner has been tight-lipped about. On that undertaking he says "I will let you know when the deal has been finalised."
He has only just recently returned from Florida where he signed a major deal with In Touch International Booking agency, that sees him upgrading to the major league alongside industry heavyweight like Sean Kingston and R&B sensation Robin Thicke.
Prior to that, Lloyd as a multi-skilled artiste was kept busy in 2008, with special performances such as to capacity audiences at Christopher's Jazz Club (Quad), Jazz
In the Garden (Pegasus Hotel), Ewarton Jerk Festival (Ewarton) a plethora of overseas shows. He also had the privelege of being a favourite headliner within the tourism community along the North Coast.
Lloyd is slated to perform at Anthony B's Trelawny Family Fun Day, on January 1, 2009.
